Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Swadik Makhana, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately at +91-9549235277 or via email with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/video of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
- Order was cancelled before shipping
- Product not delivered within the promised timeframe (subject to review)
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after the product has been shipped
- Products consumed or opened, unless defective
- Delays caused by incorrect address provided by the customer
4. Refund Process
Once your return/cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI after sharing your bank details
