- Remote areas may take slightly longer

- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as displayed on the Site)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your shipment.

2. Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items from the order
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are food items, they cannot be returned once opened or consumed, except in cases of genuine defects or quality issues.

- Our team will verify the issue and approve the return/replacement
